Measuring Guide
Step 1: Sketch the Floor Plan Using a blank sheet of paper, sketch a basic floor plan of your space. Include any existing furniture and fixtures that you plan to keep.

Step 2: Measure the Room Using a tape measure, measure the length and width of the room, making sure to note down the measurements on your sketch.

Step 3: Measure the Walls Measure the length and height of each wall in the room, and note down the measurements on your sketch.

Step 4: Measure the Doors and Windows - Measure the width, height, and depth of each door and window in the room. Note down which direction each door opens on your sketch and shape of windows ie: bay, velux, French doors etc.

Step 5: Measure the Ceiling Height, and note it down on your sketch.
Step 6: Measure the Fixtures - Measure the size and location of any fixtures in the room, such as radiators, light switches, plug sockets, and note them down on your sketch.
Step 7: Photograph and Submit Once you have completed your sketch and measurements, take a photograph of your sketch and submit it to us. If you have any questions or need help, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
